Fish and Eggs provide very key nutrients, which outweigh their toxins depending on the quality... and the white meat from chicken and turkey are very nutritious too depending on the quality. Beef needs to be at least 85% lean, and even still should be eaten with care and very sparingly.
Aside from meat, food shouldn't be cooked (extremely hot and sometimes extremely cold temperatures kill the food). Thus the true benefits of eating food comes from eating "live" raw food. At the most try to steam vegetables. Alkaline foods are considered very important in our diets, because their chemical composition doesn't allow for harmful bacteria to grow in our bodies. Also, certain foods' nutrients are absorbed better by our bodies when eaten together with other foods. Likewise certain foods are absorbed and digested poorly when eaten together.
