First off, what is FEMA? It stands for Federal Emergency Management Agency.
It's an agency of the Department of Homeland Security, which is responsible for: arranging, mobilizing, and providing resources during major disasters and emergencies. Among those resources include search and rescue, as well as basic human necessities such as: food, water, shelter, and electric power. The request for FEMA's assistance comes from the state’s governor and the disasters may include: hurricanes, major fires, tornadoes, earthquakes, floods, etc. Also, they are meant to “prepare contingency plans for use in emergencies.” This would include: nuclear threats, bio-warfare threats, extra-terrestrial threats, civil dissonance, etc.
The part that scares people the most on that list is “civil dissonance.” But why, and what is that?
Civil dissonance (dissonance meaning a lack of agreement) is when a large group of people unite to cause mass acts of violence, usually because they don't agree with something the government is doing. The fear here is public safely. However, the line begins to get blurred when police use violence themselves to break up peaceful protests. This can be seen throughout U.S. history during protests for: women's rights, equality among races, stopping war, etc.
The biggest problem here is that it's our Constitutional right, noted as the First Amendment, to have the following basic freedoms:
1. Speech
The First Amendment says that people have the right to speak freely without government interference.
2. Press
The First Amendment gives the press the right to publish news, information and opinions without government interference. This also means people have the right to publish their own newspapers, newsletters, magazines, etc.
3. Religion
The First Amendment prohibits government from establishing a religion and protects each person's right to practice (or not practice) any faith without government interference.
4. Petition
The First Amendment says that people have the right to appeal to government in favor of or against policies that affect them or that they feel strongly about. This freedom includes the right to gather signatures in support of a cause and to lobby legislative bodies for or against legislation.
5. Assembly
The First Amendment says that people have the right to gather in public to march, protest, demonstrate, carry signs and otherwise express their views in a nonviolent way. It also means people can join and associate with groups and organizations without interference.
That means you shouldn't be arrested or even placed on a "watch list" for exercising your above mentioned freedoms as long as they're being practiced peacefully. If it wasn't for these above mentions freedoms, then our government could easily become corrupt and we wouldn't be allowed to do anything about it. It's just that type of risk the founders of our country foresaw and sought to prevent with the creation of the First Amendment. Unfortunately, it would seem that recent actions in our government have taken a questionable turn for the worst in an attempt to rid us of our First Amendment rights. All due to fear and/or greed.

allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005
allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051
specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310
grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049
assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921
allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis." National Security Act of 1947
allows for the strategic relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and production facilities.
1950 Defense Production Act
gives the President sweeping powers over all aspects of the economy.
Act of August 29, 1916
authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency.
International Emergency Economic Powers Act
enables the President to seize the property of a foreign country or national. These powers were transferred to FEMA in a sweeping consolidation in 1979.
These appear to be ignoring our First Amendment Rights...
Readiness Exercise 1984 (Rex-84) was passed under the Reagan Administration as a secretive armed forces exercise conducted on behalf of the United States federal government to test our military's ability to detain large numbers of American citizens who are deemed to be "national security threats" in case of civil unrest or national emergency. The military exercise anticipated civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes that would affect the continuity of government. This allowed for military bases to be closed down and be turned into prisons camps. It also allowed for the suspension of the Constitution, the ability to declare martial law, and the ability to place military commanders in charge of state and local governments.
Exercises similar to Rex-84 have happened in the past. For example from 1967-1971 the FBI kept a list of over 100,000 persons to be rounded up as subversive, titled the "ADEX" list.
FEMA camps were then built under the Bush administration.
H.R. 645 allows the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish "national emergency centers" (FEMA camps) on military installations. It requires that 6 are built, although there are currently over 1,000 and the number is growing. $180,000,000 was spent between 2009 and 2010 fiscal years building them. The Council of Governors was passed by Obama on January 11, 2010. It states that 9 state governors and one from Puerto Rico, in case of a national emergency, they may quarantine the country into 10 sectors and take control from the rest of the governors and state legislators. In other words, people that you have never voted for (or even heard of before) would take over control our country.
Interesting to note is that FEMA has already divided America into 10 sectors to help with their "emergency planning" which almost perfectly aligns with the government's 10 sectors.
The problem is that instead of local police being in charge, the military is also brought in to take over. In fact, control over local, state, county, and city police is placed in FEMA's hands anytime there is a "disaster" or "emergency."
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) allows for the secret arrest of Americans, military on the streets, and pension funds to go to military instead of you. The government has started activating FEMA camps across the United States since the end of 2011.
Civilian Inmate Labor Camp Program are prison camps for ordinary citizens. This is the act that calls for the creation of these FEMA camps that are ran by homeland security. Ship drugs in, make laws that if you use these drugs you go to prison, then make those prisoners work. 4 million plus people. 25 cents an hour. (form of slavery) drops our wages of average American as they perform working as: teller-marketing, making furniture, making license plates, refurbishing computers, etc.
Congressman Jack Brooks publicly exposed that FEMA is a cover for a secret "continuity of government" plan in case the American people ever rebelled. It is designed to give all control of government and states over to the president and FEMA, while suspending the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
In short, FEMA has way too much power for them to not have anyone overseeing what they do. The whole reason our government has worked so far was due to the fact we have 3 branches of government (Legislative, Judicial, and Executive). This is to prevent any one entity to have too much power, but all of that goes out the window if a "State of National Emergency" were to be ever called.
Also, the fact is that our taxes help fund them, and they end up spending billions on secretive projects we don't know about.
These camps are built at old military installments or private facilities. Local sport stadiums may even be temporarily used.
Most peculiar of all aside from these physical signs is the level of secrecy kept when people that run these camps are asked questions. Also, whenever someone stumbles upon one of these camps almost always a where, black helicopter, black truck, or police personnel will appear and ask them to leave.

The problem with this is that so far all of these camps (over 1,000 now and quickly growing) are completely built, have armed staff on a 24 hour standby, but yet currently don't hold any people. Technically, jails could be using these facilities since around the country there are many complaints about being overcrowded, but instead they are not being used, as if they're waiting for something to happen first.
Also, it's suspicious that most FEMA camps hold a capacity of 20,000, with the largest one holding up to approximately 1 million people.
Almost 1 million plastic stackable coffins have been found all over the country. Near highway, train tracks, or close to an airfield. 4 dead bodies per coffins like a giant body bag (7 feet long and 3 feet deep). Official they are plastic grave liners. The company that makes them says they are just being stored for people’s pre-need. But the shear amount would only be used for a massacre. It has cost $385 million dollars to build these. Company that made it used to be a research and development arm of Hercules Inc. This is a major defense company with ties to Halliburton, one of the world's largest oilfield services companies that has operations in over 70 countries. But the detention center and camps are run by FEMA; the federal agency that’s supposed to help us in crisis is ready to round us all up.
FEMA trains have been spotted around the country as well, with their logo on the exterior. They eerily seem to resemble large Holocaust trains that are meant to carry people, with small windows looking out.
Also to note is that one man spotted and recorded a large truck carrying FEMA coffins that had a mason insignia on the truck (please click here to watch the video).
People believe that these FEMA camps are really "prison camps" or "American concentration camps" that will be used to detain (or even terminate) ordinary U.S. citizens that disagree with any plans for a New World Order, including: a global economy, one world government, global police, etc.
It's believe that Marshal Law will be forced on law-abiding citizens excersing thier first amendment's right to turn our country into a Police State that will be controlled by not our government, but by the Global Elites that are in control of all the money (i.e. the 13 families).
Possible triggers, Fears of financial collapse. revolution. Fear of the government planning germ warfare against their own people.
It's believed that these FEMA camps resemble too closely the Holocaust's Concentration Camps and Japanese Internment Camps.
It was because of Executive Order 9066 that President Franklin D. Roosevelt passed in 1942 (during WWII) that ordered the government to forcibly relocated and detain over 110,000 Americans of Japanese decent in internment camps for years via the Department of Defense, without any due process/trial. The United States Census Bureau assisted the internment efforts by providing confidential neighborhood information on Japanese Americans. The Bureau's role was denied for decades, but was finally proven in 2007.

It seems that bills are slowly being passed that label ordinary Americans as "thought criminals" to be considered as potential domestic terrorist for simply questioning the actions of their government.
Such would seem to be the case especially with the creation of the following fusion centers (currently 72 and quickly growing) around the country...

Homeland security and the justice department have placed Fusion centers all over the country after 9-11 combining information from local, state, and federal (FBI and CIA police agencies (55 different agencies) to prevent terrorism. This is their latest way of gathering information on every american citizen that may be considered a “threat” The biggest problem with this is that there is no oversight and no guidelines; they get to do whatever they want. They start collecting data from people with no criminal records and watch them, based on their decision if they have an “extreme view.” The question is who should have the right if someone has an extreme view, if the people in charge of that are corrupt how would they be stopped? Seems like a good idea, but it appears ordinary folks have been placed on their “watch list” from people that pro-life pro-gun, a part of a big church, support a third party, or even attending college. They’re supposed to go after terrorist, but instead go after protesters and conspiracy theorists. Without such whistle-blowers who is to stop them if they become corrupt, which is always a possibility, this is the inherit flaw and have been flawed. Obama’s cabinet makes it seems that “government wants to ban conspiracy theorizing all together.”
So the question is now who is in charge of all of this? Nobody is, which makes it ripe for abuse. The intrusive powers police have and no accountability or oversight of what happens.
Third party candidates and their impassioned supporters are listed in secret government reports that call their alliance into question and brand them as fanatics and extremists.
FBI and Homeland Security documents classify homeschooling, gun rights activists, some veterans, and anti-abortionists as threats against the existing social and political order.
Parallels to this insanity or “mass hysteria” can be seen in America’s past during the Salem Witch trials (1690-1692) when people were accusing one another for practicing witchcraft. Also, this can be seen during the First Red Scare (1917-1920) and the Second Red Scare (1950-1956) when everyone was being accused of being a communist. The term McCarthyism originated during the Second Red Scare, meaning the practice of making accusations of disloyalty, subversion, or treason without proper regard for evidence. It also means “the practice of making unfair allegations or using unfair investigative techniques, especially in order to restrict dissent (disagreement) or political criticism.”
Operation, “De-Fuse,” is a movement of individuals trying to educate people about the growing threat. They believe that anyone trying to go against the status-qua could be a potential threat. John Bush is the leader of this group. Because of political beliefs, you can get arrested for what you believe in, what you think, what you read, what you buy, and who you associate with. The "suspicious activity reporting program" considers: taking videos, photography, drawing diagrams, taking measurements, or expressing extreme views as means to be watched and potentially detained. At first it was directed at people filming law enforcement videos, and now it’s public programs that want you to report someone's activities if they for example video taped a plane crashing into a building. Running a rally/protest is a legitimate first amendment activity, but today that will get your name entered into the system to be watched and potentially arrested. They take what they think is a pattern/profile/trend and apply that to you, which is as anti-American as you get. This then creates a fear in people that don’t want to be involved in politics, because they might be spied on or someone might suggest they could be a terrorist because they are involved in this group. Profiling anybody and everybody that disagrees with big brother. Military and fusion centers involved in marshal law. Colorado fusion center is known as the “monster fusion center” Missouri center focused on watching people with Ron Paul stickers on their car. Documents prove that centers in Missouri and Virginia are specify watching and targeting “African-Americans” or against the state of Israel. The federal government doesn't manage or oversee these centers, instead they are claimed to be managed individually. They just receive money from the federal government, and get to do whatever they want afterward. Mini dictators/ a secret government founded by elite power brokers in the top ranks of Washington command and control centers for the concentration camps around the country ready to be activated under marshal law. Again, too similar to Nazi concentration camps and innocent Japanese citizens during WWII being round up and taken to camps.
Marshall Law, Pier 57 in 2004, ran by FEMA and held against will 2,000 protesters in a condemned former bus station used detention center. FEMA admitted they randomly set up random fences, and scooped up crowds of people to take them here for 3 days, not letting the people call out to speak to lawyers, friends, or family. Some have gone to hospitals with rashes all over body. Building filled with chemicals, oil, and asbestos. People taken there have complained about cramp conditions, chemical burns, and difficulty breathing. People believe that this was no different from a concentration camp.
Sandy refugees complained of prison-like conditions at a FEMA tent camp set up at Monmouth Park in that don’t have washing machines, running hot water for showers, and constant electricity. Also FEMA closed a few centers based in NJ and NY due to “bad weather” during Sandy. Meanwhile we pay our taxes to them to help us, and we’re promised that their agency to look to when things get bad. They offered paying jobs for volunteers to help out sandy victims, but when applying for it you were turned down if your entire household (not just you as an individual) made over a certain amount of money. I’m not sure why this should be an issue when all you want to do is volunteer work.

Congressmen sponsor bills because they are told to or it means money for their district. If enough of us speak out maybe next time we can talk some sense into leaders before they sign on the dotted line being used as puppets for the elite to get whatever they want. They said it couldn't happen here, but it is already happening and we already allowed our elected officials to break all kinds of laws that were designed to protect you and me. You thought we had 50 states, but learned there are 10 sectors ruled by 10 people you didn't vote for. You support your local police, which is nothing when they have the military ready to take over, you signed the petition and now may be being watched. All the detection centers about them are no comment answered. In the name of national security.
If you trust our gov your safe, but if you have any fear we’re headed towards a totalitarian state, watch out.
In all honestly it’s come to this, if you support the Constitution’s first amendment of freedom of speech and dare to ask questions, then you are deemed a threat. If that’s not insanity then I don’t know what is.

Today (1/21/2013) is Martin Luther King Day, and back then he and all his supporters would have been placed under watch lists in fusion camps and may even have been arrested/detained everyone into a camp like in 2004.
If something is up with our government, at least Hitler showed his face... the global elites have decided to keep their identity hidden as they pull the strings from behind the curtain. Just like they did with the creation of the Federal Reserve (please click here to read more about this).
